1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting.

2 Welsh Government Draft Budget 2023-24: evidence session with the Minister for Health and Social Services, the Deputy Minister for Social Services and the Deputy Minister for Mental Health and Wellbeing
2.1 The Committee received evidence from the Minister for Health and Social Services, the Deputy Minister for Social Services, the Deputy Minister for Mental Health and Wellbeing and Welsh Government officials.
2.2 The Ministers agreed to provide:
• The guidelines she had given health boards on the six priorities that should underpin their 2023-24 Integrated Medium Term Plans.
• A list of allocations across the Welsh Government’s draft budget for 2023-24 that contribute to the preventative health agenda.
